The order will be delivered by the Hungarian Post Co. Ltd.
To door delivery is only available to Hungarian addresses.
The processing and dispatch of orders are done only during the opening hours of the store. Orders received outside the opening hours are processed the next working day.
Every order is confirmed by the Alterego staff by phone or e-mail the next working day after it is placed at the very latest. The process of dispatch is started on the day or the next day of the confirmation. 
The purchase price is indicated next to each item, including VAT. The price shown DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of delivery. The cost of delivery always equals to the topical delivery fee set by the delivering company, which is paid by the buyer.
The total purchase price and the delivery fee are paid by the buyer on receipt of the package.
In case the conveyor fails to deliver the package, a notice is left at the receiving address indicating the date and time of next attempt at delivery.   
When accepting the package, please make sure it is not damaged - in case it is, please indicate this to the delivery person. If the package is damaged and does not include a report on assessment of damages, please do not accept it!
In case the item you received is not the exact type, size or color you ordered, but not because of a mistake made by the seller, the costs of return are paid the buyer.
In case of return, the original package must be used with the original bill attached, without these the seller is not obliged to change the items. The costs of packaging and delivery needed because of a change of item, buy-back or desist from the purchase are paid by the buyer.
